2. What this notice covers

This notice describes the current static meID.ae presentation website, free concept requests and business enquiries. Accounts, client presentations and paid integrations are addressed separately according to the features actually ordered.

3. Information you may provide

A concept request includes your first name, last name and email, and optionally a profile link or profession. A detailed enquiry may include a desired domain, industry, package, features and brief. Share only information needed to handle your request. You approve photographs and presentation material before publication.

4. What happens when you complete a form

Forms and message preparation run in your browser. This website does not collect forms on a server. The button prepares a message in your email app; it reaches the operator only when you send it. Copying places text on your device’s clipboard. Downloading a brief creates a local text file which the website does not send anywhere automatically.

After you send an email, we receive the message and usual email communication data. Opening an email app alone does not confirm that a request has been delivered.

5. Purposes and legal bases

We use data to respond, prepare a requested concept, discuss a service and, where agreed, deliver it. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in communication and service protection, or legal obligations. If consent is required for a specific purpose, we request it separately; it can be withdrawn.

A free concept request is neither an order for a paid service nor a subscription to marketing messages.

6. Technical operation and providers

When a page loads, the hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver and protect it, which may include an IP address, request time and browser information. The current static version has no visitor database of its own. Email uses the sender’s and recipient’s email infrastructure. Specific hosting and email conditions depend on the providers actually used.

Only people and providers who need access to handle requests and operate the service may access received requests. Send questions about specific processors or any transfers outside the EEA to the contact provided.

7. Cookies, analytics and storage

On the main address, language is selected from your browser’s language preferences without looking up your location or IP address. A manual language choice is saved only in sessionStorage in this tab for the browsing session. The website sets no cookies and uses no localStorage, analytics or advertising tracking scripts of its own.

8. AI, social networks and external links

Chat on this product website is a labelled scripted demo. It does not send questions to AI. Social cards are illustrative and do not load live posts. The external AI and feed integrations offered are not activated in this version.

Before activating integrations, we will update this notice for the actual provider, data transmitted, purpose and retention. Credentials are not placed in the public website. Links to WhatsApp or other services open their operators’ environments, where their own privacy information applies.

9. Retention and publication

We retain received messages and materials as needed to handle a request, deliver the agreed service, protect rights and meet applicable legal obligations. The precise period depends on the communication and subsequent relationship. Contact details in requests are not intended for public display. The publication scope of a personal presentation is determined when preparing the service.

10. Your rights and contact

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority. Identity verification may be needed to protect your information.
